Teacher supports are prioritized to improve whole group and small group instruction, rigor and engagement with the goal to increase student engagement and mastery.

Paz students will develop self-regulation, relationship building and decision-making skills through the Re-Think ED SEL curriculum. Teachers provide targeted support in small groups, along with monthly one-on-one check-ins with every student.

Assessment and re-teaching matters. Teachers engage in student-centered coaching to individually monitor student performance data to create instructional groups, guide re-teaching, and drive instructional interventions.
